Shipping Methods & Fee

We ship anywhere in the United States, England, Canada, Australia and Japan. For all other countries, please inquire via E-mail. We don't ship to some specific countries and the shipping methods and fee are vary with each country.

United State Address

  • We ship all United States address (except Hawaii and Alaska) by USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation, FedEx 2 Days or Overnight with insurance and tracking No.
  • For Hawaii and Alaska we ship by USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail only with Delivery Confirmation.
  • For all P.O.Box address, we ship by USPS Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation.
  • Shipping fee is charged by the total weight of your order.
  • We send your Tracking No. of Fedex or your Delivery Confirmation No. of USPS by E-mail after shipping your order. You can trace your order by accessing to http://www.fedex.com/us or http://www.usps.com. We don't charge Sales Tax for any State address.
  • 2-Days provides delivery Monday-Saturday by 7:00PM in 2 business days for orders placed by 3:00PM, EST. Monday-Friday. Allow one additional day for orders placed after 3:00PM, EST and placed on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Overnight provides delivery by 4:00PM, the next business day for order placed by 3:00PM, EST. Monday- Friday. Allow one additional business day for orders placed after 3:00PM, EST. and placed on Saturday and Sunday.
  • For USPS Priority Shipping the days to take from our office (NY) to your home depend on the State you live. For example, if you live in the State close to NY like NJ, it will take only 2 business days of the shipping date but for West coast address like CA, it will take 2-4 business days.

NOTE: when you added an item, you can check shipping fee in YOUR CART box on the each item page or by click VIEW CART on the Navigation bar. Please fill in your Zip code and click UPDATE. You can see the shipping & handling fee.

International Order

  • We ship Europe, Canda, Asia and Australia by USPS (United State Postal Services). For the price increase by USPS, we added Fisrst Class Mail International (the most economical method) on 5/14/2007. Please choose FCMI (First-Class Mail International), PMI (Priority Mail Internationall) or EMI (Express Mail International) at the checkout section. The shipping fee is automatically showed up on the checkout section.
  • The shiping fee is culculated by weight and the fee is varies, depending on your country. Please check the shipping table. You can see this table again in your shopping cart before checkout.
  • Please Note. For the Priority Mail, if we use the Flat Rate envelop (12" X 9") provised by USPS, the shipping fee is $9 (for Canada & Mexico) and $11 (for other countries). However, if we don't use the envelop, the shipping fee is $16 (for Canada & Mexico), $20-23 (for other countries for up to only 1 LB. For the reason , we use the envelop as possible as we can to lighten our customer's burden for the shipping fee. So, some package might be tightly packed but you just pay the flat rate fee.
  • For First Class Mail, neither insurance nor tracking No. are available. We ship with Certificate of Mailing (the Proof we sent, including your name and adress). However, since we can't have responsibility for lost or damage by USPS or/and the Postal Service of your country, we recommend you to choose Priority mail which you can track the package.
  • For Priority Mail insurance is not available. However, you can track your order on the site, http://www.usps.com until the time when the package left US to your country.
  • For EMI, insurance and tracking No. are include in the shipping fee.
  • You may be charged Custom Duty depend on the merchandise amount by the post office in your country. Please ask about the charge in detail to your post office.
  • We don't ship some countries in Asia and Europe. Please send e-mail to ask if we ship your country.

Japan

  • We ship all Japanese addresses by USPS (United States Postal Services). You can choose First-Class Mail International, Priority Mail International or Express Mail International.

Payment Methods
  • We accept VISA, MASTER and Americak Express Card. Sorry, we are unable to accept Checks, cash or money order.
  • We accept Paypal payment. Please choose "Paypal" when you select Payment option.
  • Google Checkout is available for US customer only. Please click Google Checkout icon on the shopping cart page if you are a US customer and prefer Google Checkout, otherwise click "Checkout" (Dog icon).
  • We send you e-mail twice after receiving your order and shipping your order. Both mails will be sent at once when each process has done completely.
  • Your personal information including your order and credit card data is protected by the industry-standads Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protoclol. SSL encrypts your personal & private information and confirms the identity of our secure server before allowing your shopping cart data to be transmitted over the Internet.
  • We don't transfer or sell your personal information to other companies.
  • We screen diligently for credit card fraud.
  • We request to fill in the "Security Code" Number of your credit card since there we some fraud activities found on our site. The security code number is the last 3 digit number for VISA & MASTER located on the right xext to your signature section on the backside of your card. For Amex 4 digit number located on the right middle on the frontside of your card. The system works your protection also. Thank you for your cooperation.

Google checkout is available for US Customer only this time.

 

Return & Exchange
  • If you should wish to return or exchange your merchandise, please send e-mail first within 5 days of receiving your package and receive Return Authorization # by E-mail.
  • We don't issue Return Authorization # if you don't contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your package
  • Please take a copy of your invoice and fill out the RA# at any place on the invoice or your envelop.
  • Tha package and merchandise should be same to the original condition and send by Fedex or UPS only within 7 days of the RA# issued date. Please make sure to get a Tracking Number.
  • You may send back via USPS but we recommend you to insure it since we have no responsibility for lost or damaged goods.

NOTE

  • We don't accept any return, which was sent back more than 10 days later of the RA# issued date.
  • We accept returns only if it is same to the original condition. Returns wirth any stains are not acceptable, especially for a white T shirt.
  • For any reason, only unwashed and unworn merchandise is acceptable (No deodrant please).
  • Also we don't accept any return if the return is FINAL SALE item.
  • We only refund shipping charge if we have sent wrong or defective item.
  • We don't accept any return without RA#
  • We have no responsiblity for lost or damaged return goods caused by any carriers (Fedex, UPS, USPS).
  • For International customer: Please return via First Class Air Mail with Insurance, GPM with envelop No. and custom No. or EMS with tracking No.
About Size
  • We are a selectshop retailer who purchase a lot of items from a lot of vendors. Each vendor has each different size range which means Size S of vender A and Size S of vendor B has different dimension. So we describe the dimension for Bust and Length and receommendation on the each item page.
  • If you still don't know which size is good for you, please pick up your T-shirt you always wear and take a measurement from armpit to armpit and multiple the size by 2. Then, compare it with the dimension we describe on the each item page.
  • Our most T-shirts are cotton-rib baby doll T (Relatively tight fits) or cotton fine jersey T (comfortable fits).
  • The all mennequins, which we use for our photo, are size M (8, Bust=35").
About Shopping Cart & Check out
  • You can cancel your order at anytime until you fill in Payment Information and click "Next".
  • If you don't receive Order Comfirmation E-mail within few minute, please contact us immediately. Your order might not be processed.
  • teeNYtee.com respect your privacy. We use register system on our check out process to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our new product and Sale event.
  • We don't transfer or sell the information you enter on our all pages to third parties. We also don't share your information with third parties under any circumstances.

Q & A

Q: How can I check my order Status?

A: After you place an order, you will get 3 e-mails. One is for order confirmation.  Another two are for shipping confirmation and
     your tracking Number  issued by Fedex or USPS (for EMS only).
     After you received the tracking Number, you can trace your order by access to http://www.fedex.com/us or http://www.usps.com

Q: How long will it take for my order to ge to my door?

A: In the US, 1-4 days for East coast and 5-8 days for West coast from you receive he shipping confirmation e-mail. For International
     10-14 days for First Class Mail International, 7-10 days for Priority, and 3-5 days for EMS.

Q: How does a refund work?

A: All refund will be given in the same metod of original payment. Shipping fee is refundable only if we've sent wrong or defected item.

Q: Can I order or questions by phone or fax?

A: No, we only accept orders and questions through its secure server in the Internet.

Q: I have some problems to check out and can't go further page or can't process my order. Why?

A: Please make sure  below
    1. You filled in the complete 16 digit No. for VISa or MASTER, 15 digit No. for AMEX.
    2. You filledin the expiration Date and Card Security No. correctly.

This site was originally created by a X-CM Stylist to introduce new US T-shirt brands and new designers to Japanese market. However, when we wear our product here in NY, people were interested in. So we added US version to our site.
