Shipping Methods, Fee & Tax

We are located in New York, NY USA. We ship anywhere in the United States and the countries below. For all other countries, we accept orders via our eBay store only. Our eBay store is located on http://www.stores.eBay.com/teeNYteestore

We ship to : United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and United Kingdom.

Note: when you added items, you can check the shipping fee in Your Cart Box on the bottom of the each item page. Please fill in your zip (postal)code, choose country and click "Update". You will be able to see the shipping & handling fee at once before checkout.

United States Address
  • We ship all United States address (except Hawaii and Alaska) via USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation, FedEx 2 Days or Overnight with insurance and tracking No.
  • For Hawaii and Alaska we ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail only with Delivery Confirmation.
  • For all P.O.Box address, we ship via USPS Priority mail only with Delivery Confirmation.
    Shipping fee is charged by the total weight of your order.
  • We send your Tracking No. of Fedex or your Delivery Confirmation No. of USPS by E-mail after shipping your order. You can trace your order by accessing to http://www.fedex.com/us or http://www.usps.com.
  • 2-Days provides delivery Monday-Saturday by 7:00PM in 2 business days for orders placed by 1:00PM, EST. Monday-Friday. Allow one additional day for orders placed after 1:00PM, EST and placed on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Overnight provides delivery by 4:00PM, the next business day for order placed by 1:00PM, EST. Monday- Friday. Allow one additional business day for orders placed after 1:00PM, EST. and placed on Saturday and Sunday.
  • For USPS Priority Shipping, the days to take from our office (NY) to your home depends on the State you live. For example, if you live in the State close to NY like NJ, it will take only 2 business days of the shipping date but for West coast address like CA, it will take 2-4 business days.
  • We don't charge Sales Tax if you ordered apparel. However, if you ordered any bags or jewelries and your shipping address is in New York state, then we charge the Sales Tax, 8.375%. If your shipping address is not in New York state, we don't charge any sales tax for any items.

Please fill in your correct address with Apt. No, Bldg name and/or Bldg No. if applicable. We verify your address via USPS or FedEx. However, USPS and FedEx can't verify your Apt. No, Bldg. name and so on. If the package was returned to us due to insufficient address, we contact you and we can reship it but the new shipping fee is charged.

International Orders
  • For the price increase by USPS, we added First Class Mail International (the most economical method) on 5/14/2007. Please choose FCMI (First-class Mail International), PMI (Priority Mail International) or EMI (Express Mail International) at the checkout section. The shipping fee is automatically showed up on the checkout section.
  • The shipping fee is calculated by weight and the fee is varies, depending on your country. When you added an item, you can check shipping fee in YOUR CART box on the each item page or click VIEW CART on the Navigation bar before you fill in any your address info. Please fill in your Postal code, choose your country from the scroll menu and click UPDATE. You can see the shipping & handling fee.
  • Please Note. For the Priority Mail, if we use the Flat Rate envelop (12" X 9") provided by USPS, the shipping fee is $10.99 (for Canada & Mexico) and $12.99 (for other countries). However, if we don't use the envelop, the shipping fee is more than $20 for the all countries. For that reason , we use the envelop as possible as we can to lighten our customer's burden for the shipping fee. So, some package might be tightly packed but you just pay the flat rate fee.
  • For First Class Mail, neither insurance nor tracking No. are available. We ship with Certificate of Mailing (the Proof we sent, including your name and address. The fee is included in the shipping fee amount but not included in the amount of stamp on the package). However, since we can't have responsibility for lost or damage by USPS or/and the Postal Service of your country, we recommend you to choose Priority mail which you can track the package.
  • For Priority Mail, insurance and Tracking No. are not available if your order is less than .5 LB (using flat rate envelop). If your order is more than .5 LB, the tracking No. and indemnity are included.
  • For EMI (Express International ), insurance and tracking No. are included in the shipping fee.
  • You may be charged Custom Duty depend on the merchandise amount by the post office in your country. Please ask about the charge in detail to your post office.
  • Any additional customs duties are customer's responsibility in his/her country. It's not included in the shipping & handling fee.
  • We have no responsibility if USPS or/and the Postal Service of your country lost or damaged the package except Express Mail International. For Express Mail, if lost or damaged, the all amount will be refunded to you.
To Japan
  • We ship all Japanese addresses via USPS (United States Postal Services). You can choose First-class Mail International, Priority Mail International or Express Mail International.
